Burnout doesn't happen in a vacuum. There are always two layers to it.
The first is external - your workload, your environment, the expectations placed on you, the rhythm of life in a new country where you're still finding your footing.
The second goes deeper. The patterns that brought you here - the tendency to push past your limits, the difficulty saying no, the sense that your worth is tied to how much you produce - those didn't appear out of nowhere. They were shaped over years, often starting long before your career did.
This is where I work differently from a lot of counselors.
We don't just treat the symptoms. We look at both layers together - what's happening in your life right now and what in your history is fueling it. That's how lasting change happens, rather than a temporary patch that wears off when life gets hard again.

Step 3. If you decide that I am the right person to support you then we will schedule our first in-person/online meeting. However, if either of us feels that we might not be the right fit, then I will gladly point you in the right direction.
