We sometimes “learn” strategies during our younger years or even inherit them from our family and the culture we grew up in. Although they might’ve been once useful in keeping us safe, they might become the very reason we become stuck at a later stage in our lives. I want to help you replace the coping methods that are not serving you, with strategies and behavior patterns that align with your true desires.

+ Methods I Use

In my practice, I use research-based therapeutic techniques that include; Mindfulness-based CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Existential-Humanistic, and Person-Centered Therapy. I tailor the process in collaboration with you to fit your needs.

+ What the process looks like

We start with an intake session in which I will focus on understanding your situation and we set clear goals for us to follow throughout the process. After the intake, I'll propose a plan with a certain number of sessions and areas to work on in order to reach your goals. We start the work and, when necessary, make adjustments to best fit your needs. At certain points we check the progress and decide to continue or finalize our work.

I work flexibly as well. Many of my clients come in every three weeks or month to get in touch with their thoughts, emotions, and what is going on in their life. We always shape the process according to your needs.

Individual Counseling

Seeking support is a courageous step to take care of yourself. Depending on your goals, we explore and reflect on your past, manage your present, and build the future. We tailor our approach to your needs in order to bring peace and happiness into your life.

Fee: 55-60 minute Counseling session: €75

Breathwork & Therapeutic Coaching

This is the integration of my training as a counselor and a body-based therapist.

Breathwork is an active meditation using methodic breathing to facilitate the release of stagnant emotional energy stored in the body. When immersed in the session, you might experience memories, strong feelings such as sadness, anger or joy, and you can release these emotions through this work. Breathwork is said to be “more powerful than counseling”, but I believe it to be the perfect complement to it. A session includes intention setting, active breathwork, and post-breathing content processing.

Fee: 100-120 minute session combined Breathwork and Therapeutic Coaching: €110
