“ The hard part was getting here. Now we can actually work.”

AUTISM & NEURODIVERGENCE COUNSELING

You've always been
exactly this person.
Now it has a name.

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, recently discovered you're autistic, or are still in the middle of figuring it out — things can finally start to make sense. You weren't broken. You were making sense of a world that wasn't built for you. Now you get to understand yourself on your own terms, and I'm here to support you through it.

DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

YOU’RE NOT ALONE IN THIS

Whether you have a diagnosis or a hunch —
your experience is real.

Some people arrive here with a formal diagnosis in hand. Others come with a self-diagnosis they're fully confident in. And some arrive with something harder to name — a growing sense that the neurodivergent lens explains a lot about their life, even if they're still working out what that means. All of that is welcome here.

What many share is this: relief mixed with overwhelm. Finally, an explanation. And then a hundred new questions at once. Who was I before I knew? Who am I now? Why did it take so long? What do I do with all the years I spent thinking something was fundamentally wrong with me?

Most have already tried therapy. Many have been told their struggles are anxiety, depression, "just overthinking" — or offered surface-level strategies that didn't stick because they were never designed for the way your mind and body actually work.

This is a different kind of support. Not because I have a checklist of autism strategies — but because I understand this experience from the inside.

What you might be carrying right now

WHAT MIGHT HAVE BROUGHT YOU HERE

You don't have to arrive with clarity. Most people don't.

🌊

Overwhelm that's hard to explain

Things that seem easy for others feel enormous. You're not being dramatic. Your nervous system is working overtime — and it has been for a long time.

🪞

Identity confusion post-diagnosis

A late diagnosis can rewrite your entire history. That's disorienting. We'll take time to make sense of your story with new eyes — without rushing past the complexity.

🎭

A lifetime of masking

Performing "normal" so long you've lost track of who you actually are underneath. We'll work gently toward unmasking — not as a destination, but as a slow return to yourself.

💬

Therapy that didn't land

You've been to other therapists. They meant well. But you spent more time explaining yourself than actually being understood. That's not what happens here.

🔥

Burnout — the deep kind

Not just tired. Not just stressed. The kind of depletion that happens when you've been running on the wrong fuel for years. Recovery is possible, but it starts with being honest about what caused it.

🌱

A desire to finally change something

You know something needs to shift. You're not sure what yet. That's exactly where we start — without a script, without a predetermined outcome, just honest exploration.
